CLASS
We come together to share and connect on a heart level.
The class consists of a guided Meditation and short discussion.
The foundation of my meditations is love and building upon the awareness we naturally have within. My Meditation Classes are suitable for beginners to the advanced, all are welcome.

Meditation brings a sense of centeredness and calm, helping you
to walk through life with more assurance and peace. Meditation is a great way to relax, unwind and is remarkably easy.

REIKI SHARE
HEALING CLASS
​An Ancient Japanese Hands on Healing Modality, as founded by Usui Sensei. Reiki is an non-invasive healing modality that supports one’s mind, body & spirit.In our Reiki Share Class we begin with a short Meditation to centre and connect with the universal life force, then we perform mini healings on one another. Reiki Healing is very relaxing and beneficial to all levels of well-being. Reiki Share class is a great way to nourish self and relax. Participants can range from beginner to the more advanced student whom would like to develop their knowledge and understandings of energy.
